Comprehensive Plan Update Final Phase: Preparation of the Plan
The public meetings phase of the update process has been completed and we are now writing the draft for the Comprehensive Plan. The CAC has reviewed the policies of the 1998 Comprehensive Plan and will complete their recommendations by mid October. The first draft is expected to be complete by the end of October. The draft then will be reviewed by staff and the CAC. Revisions will be done and the final draft will be available for public review prior to the public hearing process by the Planning Commission and City Council.
