Summit at Brian Head

Brian Head, Utah

WA was hired for design services and also to create a marketing model for the residential resort development community. In addition to a fully detailed rendered model, a “fly-through” and self-directed “Vizhen” model. These allowed the owner and potential buyers the ability to move around the site at will, exploring different balcony views, parking and site configuration.

The model was the driving force behind the approval process for the Town of Brian Head because the Development Review Board could “see” what they were approving, instead of interpreting paper plans.
